About Us
This is a neighborhood community of women committed to fitness, family, friendship, and fun. We understand that barbells and rowers are a small part of a well-rounded approach to overall health. Equally important is connection with others. That’s why, in addition to small group fitness classes and recovery packages, we also offer a weekly women’s Bible study. Ladies, if you’re looking for fitness, friendship, convenience, and accountability, join us!
Meet Your Trainer
CrossFit Level II Certified Coach with 15 years of coaching experience. I’ve trained from Cross-Training gyms to Strength and Conditioning classes at private high schools. Currently, I’m the Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach at Goodpasture Christian School where I train and mentor high school girls.
I’m a mom of two incredible kids. My son Wilder (10) is a soccer phenom. My daughter Shiloh (7) just needs a stage. We live in Hendersonville, TN. When I’m not coaching at the school or training women at Eden House, I’m running a law firm, parenting, and running women’s Bible studies. I’ve been in women’s ministry for over 25 years. My passion isn’t just fitness, it’s wellness for the whole person - physically, spiritually, and relationally. I love building community! I hope you join ours!
